Why was it created?
All City Request for Repairs was born from the demand of a combination of service companies that cater to home repairs. With a concentration on serving real estate transactions the demand was overwhelming from our customer base to create an easy way to get accurate repair numbers from their home inspection reports. What makes us different than a big national company? We own and work in the companies that perform these repairs daily. This gives us the knowledge to accurately provide estimations for the repairs needed. Agents and clients can be confident in the numbers provided quickly during the negotiation portion of escrow.
How Does it Work? How Much?

Its simple. Fill out the form below and give a description/item numbers from the report you would like priced out. Once submitted and paid you will get a reply requesting you to attached report. Pdf or links accepted.

It's important to know that in some cases, items cannot be priced out remotely, and an onsite meeting may be necessary to ensure accurate estimates for repairs. All City charges a $75 trip fee in addition to the original invoice. Onsite service is only available in some areas. Please inquire for more information.
